APP personal real-name authentication process
1. Open the CoinP mobile app, log in to your personal account, go to the homepage, click the "avatar" icon in the upper left corner to enter the personal center page;
2. On the Personal Center page, click the "Verify Now" button to enter the KYC real-name authentication page and conduct personal identity authentication;
3. Users can choose Lv.2 Primary Verification or Lv.3 Advanced Verification, and click "Verify Now" to enter the corresponding verification interface;
4. Fill in the information
Lv.2 Primary Verification:
(1) Basic information
Enter the information (nationality/document type/full name/document number) in sequence according to the page prompts, and click "Next" after verifying that the information is correct;
You can choose "ID card" or "passport" as the document type, and the information filled in must be consistent with the document, otherwise it will not pass the authentication;
One identity information can only be submitted for authentication of one account, and repeated submission of the same identity information will not pass the review;
(2) Upload ID photo
Click Upload and select "Photo/Album", upload the ID photo according to the sample picture, and click "Submit" after uploading;
The ID photo should be in PNG or JPEG format and the size should not exceed 5MB;
The ID card must upload the front and back photos, and the name and ID number must be clearly visible when uploading the photo, otherwise it will not pass the certification;
Lv.3 Advanced Verification: In addition to Lv.2 Primary Verification, you need to upload a photo of your ID + handwritten note. After uploading, click "Submit";
Write on the note: date, name, CoinP ID; write neatly and make sure the content is clearly visible, otherwise you will not be able to pass the certification;
5. Submit for review. After confirming that the submission is successful, the system will complete the review within 1-2 working days;
Click "Got It" or the "←" arrow button in the upper left corner to return to the personal center, where users can view the review progress.
Enterprise Certification
1. Open the CoinP mobile app, log in to your personal account, go to the homepage, click the "avatar" icon in the upper left corner to enter the personal center page;
2. On the personal center page, click the "Verify Now" button to enter the KYC real-name authentication page and conduct institutional verification;
3. Click the "Enterprise" icon in the upper right corner to enter the Institutional Verification page, and click "Verify Now" to complete the information filling;
4. Fill in the nationality/entity name/company registration number/incorporation date/company registration address/business nature correctly in sequence, and click "Next" after completing. Make sure the content filled in is consistent with that in the business license, otherwise the certification will not pass;
5. Click Upload and select "Photo/Album", upload the business license according to the sample picture, and click "Submit" after uploading;
The business license should be in PNG or JPEG format and the size should not exceed 5MB;
When uploading photos, ensure that the company name, registration code, and company address are clearly visible, otherwise it will not pass the certification;
6. Submit for review. After confirming that the submission is successful, the system will complete the review within 1-2 working days;
Click "Got It" or the "←" arrow button in the upper left corner to return to the personal center, where users can view the review progress.
