From June 2, 2022, some CoinP products and services require identity verification of at least Lv.2 Primary Certification.

Note:
1. The daily withdrawal limit will automatically refresh within 24 hours of the last withdrawal.

How to verify KYC for multiple accounts repeatedly?
CoinP does not allow multiple documents to pass the KYC review repeatedly, and a single document is only allowed to pass the KYC review of a single account.

Typically, the KYC verification process takes about 15 minutes. But due to the complexity of information verification, KYC verification can sometimes take up to 24 hours.

Can I have multiple KYC-verified accounts in CoinP?
CoinP only allows each user to process KYC verification with one account.
Can I use different names to verify Lv.2 Primary Certification and Lv.3 Advanced Certification?
No, you can only use the same name for Lv.2 Primary Certification and Lv.3 Advanced Certification.
Can I modify my KYC information (proof of identity and proof of address) after verification?
No, you cannot modify your KYC information (legal name, nationality) after verification unless your legal information has changed.
What proof of identity documents does CoinP accept?
CoinP only accepts documents issued by your country of origin containing the following information: photo, name, date of birth, document number, date of issue. These include passports, ID cards, residence permits and driving licenses, etc.; student visas, work visas or travel visas are not accepted.
What proof of address documents does CoinP accept?
CoinP accepts proof of address documents including:
1.Proof of identity (resident ID, passport, driving license or residence permit) with your full name and complete residential address
2.Utility bill
3.Official bank statement
4.Government-issued proof of residence
5.Internet/cable TV/residential phone line bill
6.Tax return
7.Council tax bill
In addition to proof of identity, your proof of address must be dated within the last three months. Documents older than three months will be rejected.
CoinP does not accept the following types of documents as proof of address:
1.Domestic passport
2.Mobile phone statement
3.Insurance document
4.Medical bill
5.Bank transaction slip
6.Bank or company reference letter
7.Handwritten purchase invoice/receipt
8.Border pass
When uploading proof of address, please note the following:
1. Please ensure that you upload a proof of address with your residential address.
2. The address entered during primary identity verification must match the address on the proof of address.
3. The document must have been issued within the last 3 months.
4. The full name (first and last name) on the proof of address must match the name on the personal ID.
5. The name on the proof of address must be the same as the account owner's name. If you live with your parents, please do not use your parents' bank statements or utility bills. Please always use proof of address with your full name.
6. Proof of address should be clearly visible and not cropped.
7. Proof of address can be a printed photo or PDF digital format, but photocopies or screenshots are not accepted.
What are some common reasons for verification failure?
Here are some common reasons why verification may fail (not a complete list):
1. Document authentication
· The document must be valid. Expired/invalid/not the person's identity cannot be authenticated;
· The uploaded document must be fully exposed with all four corners, and no missing items;
· When taking a photo of the document, there should be no other documents or debris under the document. It is recommended to place the document on a blank piece of paper for taking a photo, and the document photo should not be reflective;
· The current platform mainly supports authentication of passports, ID cards, and driver's licenses (learning driver's licenses are not supported). Other documents cannot be authenticated for the time being;
· Screenshots/scanned copies are not acceptable. Please upload the original document and resubmit;
· If the authentication fails due to unqualified documents, you can re-upload the document or select other documents for re-authentication and resubmission;
2. ID photo
· The current platform only supports the use of color photos, and black and white photos cannot guarantee authentication;
· The platform only supports taking photos of original documents, and does not support photocopies and scans for the time being. Please upload photos of the original documents;
· Make sure that the content of the uploaded document and your face are clear and recognizable, the photo does not exceed the range, and there is good lighting around;
· If the authentication fails due to unqualified photos, you can re-take and upload the authentication;
3. Face recognition
· Face recognition requires good surrounding lighting, and only you are included in the picture, and multiple people cannot appear at the same time;
· The face should fit in the guided area as much as possible;
· Facial recognition failed. Please make sure your face is centered in the frame;
4. ID is occupied
· One identity can only authenticate one account. If you have registered an account and completed the verification, please log in with that account;
· If the registered identity is confirmed not to be used by you, please contact the online customer service in time to confirm and apply to cancel the account. After successful cancellation, rebind your identity;
5. Network problem
· Switch network;
· Switch authentication device, such as switching from IOS to Android;
· Redownload the latest version of the App;
6. Other problems
· ID detection failed. Please make sure your original ID is clearly visible; overexposure, reflection or incomplete image may cause failure;
· Your profile violates the CoinP Terms of Service, such as being under 18 or over 65, or you may be from one of our service restricted countries. Please make sure you have read our Terms of Service.
