Notes:
1. Minimum recharge amount: the minimum recharge amount of the currency on the platform. If it is less than this amount, it will not be credited;
2. Recharge confirmation: The blockchain will confirm X times before it is credited. If the number of confirmations has not arrived, you can wait for the number of confirmations to arrive before it can be credited;
3. Contract address: The contract address of the currency on the CoinP platform. Please make sure that the currency you recharge is consistent with the contract address of the currency on the platform, otherwise it will not be credited;
4. Pay attention to the main network type of recharge, and ensure that the other party's network is consistent with the network selected by CoinP before it can be credited;
For example, the network of the USDT address you obtained on CoinP is TRC20, then the network you selected on the other party's platform should also be TRC20;
5. Some currencies require memo to be filled in when recharging. Please be sure to fill it in. If you do not fill it in, the recharge may not be credited.
Frequently asked questions:
1. What currencies and networks are supported for recharge?
- BTC supports Bitcoin network, BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)
- ETH supports BNB Smart Chain(BEP20),Ethereum
- SOL supports Solana
- USDT supports BNB Smart Chain(BEP20),Trc20,Ethereum,Solana
- BNB supports BNB Smart Chain(BEP20)
- DOGE supports BNB Smart Chain(BEP20),Dogecoin
- TRX supports Trc20
2. Is there a top-up limit?
The top-up limit for a single top-up is 10,000 USDT, but there is no top-up limit for a single day.
3. What is the minimum top-up for a single top-up?
The minimum top-up for a single top-up is 1 USDT.
4. Can I top-up fiat currency into the card?
Currently, the product only supports the top-up of virtual currency, please do not top-up fiat currency.
5. Can I retrieve the wrong top-up?
- If you fill in the wrong address during the top-up process, we may not be able to help you retrieve your assets. Please check your top-up address carefully.
- The retrieval operation requires a lot of manpower costs, time costs, and risk control costs. In order to recover the serious losses caused by customer misoperation, CoinP will help you recover within a controllable cost range.
- Please contact customer service to explain the situation and provide your account, token, address, quantity, hash value/transaction number of the wrong token, and screenshots of the top-up information.
- If it is possible to retrieve the wrong currency, we need manual intervention and may directly access the private key. Only personnel with extremely high authority can perform operations, and they need to undergo strict risk control review. Some operations may need to be performed during the wallet upgrade and maintenance period, so it may take more than a month to complete the operation, or even longer, so please be patient.
6. Why does it take some time for the funds to arrive?
When you initiate a deposit from any other exchange/wallet, the transaction must be processed and confirmed on the corresponding blockchain network before it can be credited to your CoinP account.
Each blockchain has its own unique confirmation time, which depends on the network's architecture, congestion level, and transaction fees.
7. What is the blockchain confirmation time?
The confirmation time is the time interval between when a transaction is submitted to the blockchain and when it is officially recorded in a block. This means:
- Your transaction is first broadcast to the blockchain network.
- A miner or validator takes the transaction and includes it in a block.
- The block is verified and added to the blockchain.
- The more confirmations a transaction receives, the more secure and irreversible it is.
Why is it different?
- If the network is congested, transactions take longer to confirm.
- Higher transaction fees can increase processing speed because miners prioritize transactions with higher fees.
- Some blockchains have faster block times than others.
8. How many confirmations are required before funds arrive at CoinP?
CoinP follows a standard security protocol for processing deposits based on the number of confirmations required for each blockchain. The following are the general confirmation requirements:
| Blockchain | Need confirmation | Estimated time |
Bitcoin (BTC) | 6 confirmations | About 30 to 60 minutes |
Ethereum (ERC20) | 12 confirmations | About 5 to 10 minutes |
BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) | 5 confirmations | About 3-5 minutes |
TRON (TRC20) | 20 confirmations | About 2-3 minutes |
Arbitration One | 12 confirmations | About 5 to 10 minutes |
Note: If you experience any delays beyond the expected time, it may be due to blockchain congestion or waiting for confirmation.
9. What should I do if your deposit has not arrived yet?
If your deposit has not arrived yet, please:
- Check the transaction status on the blockchain browser using your TXID (transaction hash).
- Make sure you selected the correct network when making the deposit.
- Verify the number of confirmations required for your transaction to be credited.
- Wait for blockchain congestion to clear, as high traffic may cause delays.
If you have met all confirmation requirements and still have not received the funds, please contact CoinP online customer support and provide the following details:
Your UID, transaction hash (TXID), deposit address, transaction screenshot
