Unable to receive verification code

If you are unable to receive the email verification code, you can solve it as follows:

  1. Check your spam folder: the verification code email may be mistakenly identified as spam. Add CoinP's mailing address to the whitelist or mark it as non-spam.
  2. Confirm your email address: Make sure you use the correct email address you registered with.
  3. Check the mail client settings: Make sure there are no security conflicts caused by firewall or anti-virus software.
  4. Check the mailbox capacity: If the mailbox capacity is full, clean up some old emails to free up space.
  5. Use mainstream email service providers: such as Gmail, QQ, Outlook, etc. These email service providers are usually more reliable in verifying email delivery.
  6. Contact online customer service: If the problem is still not solved after trying the above methods, please contact online customer service and we will provide you with further assistance.

 

If you are unable to receive the SMS verification code, you can solve it by following the steps below:

  1. Check the mobile phone signal: Make sure the mobile phone signal is strong. If the signal is unstable, please move to a place with good signal and try to receive the verification code again.
  2. Turn off firewalls and SMS blocking apps: Check and turn off the firewall, anti-virus software or any SMS blocking apps on your phone, which may prevent the receipt of verification code SMS.
  3. Restart your phone: Try restarting your phone. This can sometimes resolve temporary network or device issues.
  4. Check SMS storage: If your phone's SMS storage is full, delete some old SMS messages to free up space.
  5. Check your phone settings: Make sure your phone is not in "Do Not Disturb" mode or similar features, as these settings may prevent text messages from being received.
  6. Try to resend the verification code: Wait for a few minutes and click the "Send Verification Code" button again.
  7. Contact online customer service: If the problem is still not solved after trying the above methods, please contact online customer service and we will provide you with further assistance.
