5. Why is there a 24-hour limit on withdrawals?

6. Insufficient available balance
- Funds in use: If your funds are locked in open orders, P2P transactions, copy transactions, or earning products (such as staking), these funds must be released before withdrawal.
- Withdrawal amount exceeds available balance: Only withdrawals are allowed from the available balance of the spot account. Some rewards or funds linked to active transactions cannot be withdrawn directly.
7. Incorrect withdrawal information
- Invalid address: Entering an incorrect wallet address will result in a withdrawal failure, and the system will display an error message.
- Missing label/memo: Some cryptocurrencies (such as XRP, EOS) require a memo/label for withdrawals. Missing this information may prevent funds from reaching the receiving wallet.
8. When adding a withdrawal address, how do I fill in the withdrawal address note?
The withdrawal address note is optional. If you don't know how to fill it in, you can leave it blank. If you want to fill it in, you can fill in an easy-to-remember identifier, such as Zhang San's address.
9. What is MEMO and must it be filled in?
If the other party asks you to fill in MEMO, you must fill it in, otherwise it will not be credited;
If the other party does not ask to fill it in, you need to pay attention to:
- Make sure that the links supported by the currency on both sides are consistent;
- If the links are consistent and the other party does not ask to fill it in, you can fill in any number or leave it blank in MEMO.
Incorrect MEMO filling may result in non-credit. If you are not sure whether it needs to be filled in, please contact the online customer service for confirmation.
